Chattahoochee–Oconee National Forest
Chattahoochee–Oconee National Forests span nearly 867,000 acres across northern and central Georgia, protecting a diverse landscape of mountains, hardwood forests, rivers, and waterfalls. The Chattahoochee National Forest includes some of the state's highest peaks and contains sections of the Appalachian Trail, while the Oconee National Forest preserves rolling Piedmont woodlands farther south. Together, they provide critical wildlife habitat and countless opportunities for hiking, camping, fishing, and outdoor recreation.
This vintage-inspired Chattahoochee–Oconee National Forests print celebrates the scenic mountains, forested ridges, and natural beauty that define Georgia’s public lands. Created in the spirit of classic WPA-era artwork, it captures the character of these iconic Southern landscapes and their long tradition of conservation and recreation. A perfect piece for hikers, campers, trail enthusiasts, and anyone who loves the forests of the Southeast.
