Every Massif Foundry print is created to become a lasting reminder of the places that inspire adventure, exploration, and meaningful memories. We take great pride in producing museum-quality artwork and want every customer to receive a print they're excited to display.
If something isn't right with your order, we're here to help.
Damaged or Defective Orders
Although every print is carefully inspected before shipment and packaged to help ensure it arrives safely, damage can occasionally occur during transit.
If your print arrives damaged, defective, or if you receive the wrong item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery.
To help us resolve the issue as quickly as possible, please include:
- Your order number
- A brief description of the issue
- Photographs of the damaged print and packaging
Once we've reviewed your request, we'll work promptly to provide a replacement at no additional cost.
Returns
Because every Massif Foundry print is produced specifically for each customer, we are generally unable to accept returns or exchanges for:
- Ordering the wrong size
- Changing your mind after purchase
- Preference for a different design
- Incorrect shipping information provided during checkout
We appreciate your understanding, as each piece is printed exclusively for your order and cannot be returned to inventory.
Order Changes & Cancellations
If you need to modify or cancel your order, please contact us as soon as possible.
Because production begins shortly after an order is placed, we cannot guarantee changes once printing has started. However, we'll always do our best to accommodate your request whenever possible.
