Each print is made to order, professionally produced, carefully inspected, and packaged with the same attention to detail that goes into designing the artwork itself. Shipping

How long will it take to receive my order?

Every Massif Foundry print is produced specifically for you after your order is placed. Production typically takes 2–5 business days, followed by carefully packaged shipment directly from our production partner. Most customers within the United States receive their order within 6–8 business days.


Is shipping really free?

Yes. Every Massif Foundry print includes free standard shipping within the United States. We believe purchasing artwork should be simple and transparent, so the price you see is the price you pay—no unexpected shipping charges at checkout.


Will I receive tracking information?

Absolutely. As soon as your order ships, you'll receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information so you can follow your artwork throughout its journey.


How are prints packaged?

Every print is carefully rolled in protective paper and shipped in a durable mailing tube specifically designed for fine art prints. Our goal is simple: your artwork should arrive in the same condition it left the printer.


Why are prints made to order?

Rather than maintaining a warehouse of pre-printed inventory, every Massif Foundry print is produced only after an order is placed. This approach allows us to maintain consistent quality, reduce unnecessary waste, and ensure every customer receives a freshly printed piece created specifically for them.

Print Quality

What makes Massif Foundry prints different?

Every print is produced using premium museum-quality matte paper selected for its exceptional color reproduction, archival durability, and professional presentation. Our artwork is printed using giclée-quality digital printing to produce rich colors, crisp detail, and lasting quality suitable for display for years to come.


What paper do you use?

Massif Foundry prints are produced on museum-quality Japanese matte paper that is acid-free, archival, and designed to resist yellowing over time. The heavyweight paper and matte finish provide a refined presentation with minimal glare, allowing the artwork to be enjoyed in virtually any lighting condition.


Will my print fade?

Under normal indoor display conditions, our archival materials and high-quality printing process are designed to provide excellent longevity. As with any fine artwork, we recommend avoiding prolonged exposure to direct sunlight to preserve color and vibrancy for many years.

Conservation

Why do you donate 5% of every sale?

The landscapes featured in our artwork inspire adventure, creativity, and lasting memories. We believe they also deserve our support. That's why 5% of every sale is donated to organizations working to preserve, restore, and protect the places represented throughout our collections.


Which organizations receive donations?

We support nonprofit organizations whose missions align with protecting the landscapes featured in our artwork. As Massif Foundry grows, we'll continue expanding these partnerships while remaining committed to supporting conservation efforts connected to the places that inspire our collections.

Orders & Returns

Do you offer framed prints?

Not at launch. Our initial focus is providing exceptional museum-quality prints while allowing customers the flexibility to choose framing styles that best complement their homes. Framing options may be introduced as Massif Foundry grows.


What if my print arrives damaged?

We want every customer to receive artwork they're proud to display. If your print arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within seven days of delivery with photographs of the damage. We'll work quickly to replace the item and make things right.


Can I return my order?

Because every print is made specifically for each customer, we generally cannot accept returns for buyer's remorse or ordering the wrong size. However, if your order arrives damaged or there is a production issue, we'll gladly work with you to resolve it promptly.

Caring for Your Artwork

How should I frame my print?

Our prints are designed to fit standard frame sizes, making it easy to find a frame that complements your space and personal style. For the best presentation and long-term protection, we recommend using archival-quality mats and UV-protective glass or acrylic whenever possible.


How should I care for my print?

Handle your artwork by the edges whenever possible and avoid touching the printed surface. Display your print away from prolonged direct sunlight, excessive humidity, and extreme temperatures to help preserve its color and quality for years to come.
