About This Print

Mount Dana rises 13,061 feet above sea level along the eastern boundary of Yosemite National Park and is the park's second-highest summit. Named for geologist James Dwight Dana, the peak is composed primarily of ancient metamorphic rock, making it geologically distinct from many of Yosemite's granite landmarks. Its high-elevation slopes overlook Tuolumne Meadows, Mono Lake, and the Sierra Nevada crest, offering expansive views across one of California's most remarkable alpine landscapes.

This vintage-inspired Mount Dana print celebrates one of Yosemite National Park's highest and most prominent summits through the bold design language of classic WPA-era travel posters. Rugged alpine ridges, expansive mountain vistas, and the dramatic landscapes of the High Sierra are rendered in a timeless style that captures the mountain's distinctive character. Created for hikers, climbers, national park enthusiasts, and collectors of America's public lands, this piece honors the geology, wilderness, and alpine heritage that define Yosemite's high country.
