Angelina National Forest

Angelina National Forest stretches across more than 153,000 acres of East Texas pine country, surrounding much of the western shoreline of Sam Rayburn Reservoir. Named for the Angelina River, the forest is characterized by towering loblolly pine forests, quiet waterways, and diverse wildlife habitat.
