Great Point Lighthouse
Great Point Lighthouse stands at the northernmost tip of Nantucket, marking the entrance to Nantucket Sound where it meets the Atlantic Ocean. First established in 1784, the current lighthouse was completed in 1986 after earlier structures were lost to erosion and fire. Surrounded by the protected landscapes of Coskata–Coatue Wildlife Refuge, the lighthouse overlooks miles of pristine beaches, shifting dunes, and rich coastal habitat that support seals, shorebirds, and migratory wildlife.
This vintage-inspired Great Point Lighthouse print celebrates one of Nantucket's most iconic maritime landmarks through the bold design language of classic WPA-era travel posters. Windswept dunes, expansive beaches, and the historic lighthouse are rendered in a timeless style that captures the rugged beauty of Nantucket's remote northern shoreline. Created for lighthouse enthusiasts, beach lovers, coastal travelers, and collectors of New England's scenic landscapes, this piece honors the maritime heritage, conservation, and natural beauty that define Great Point Lighthouse.
