About This Print

Redcloud Peak rises to 14,041 feet in Colorado's San Juan Mountains and overlooks a landscape shaped by ancient volcanic activity and high-alpine weather. Named for the distinctive reddish hue of its summit rocks, the mountain stands within the Uncompahgre National Forest near Lake City and is often climbed in combination with neighboring Sunshine Peak. Broad tundra-covered slopes, wildflower-filled basins, and expansive views of the surrounding San Juans define the mountain's character and highlight the geologic history of southwestern Colorado.

This vintage-inspired Redcloud Peak print celebrates the colorful volcanic landscapes of Colorado's San Juan Mountains through the bold design language of classic WPA-era travel posters. Rolling alpine ridges, vibrant mountain terrain, and sweeping high-country vistas are rendered in a timeless style that captures the distinctive character of this iconic summit. Created for hikers, climbers, outdoor enthusiasts, and collectors of Colorado's Fourteeners, this piece honors the geology, wilderness, and mountaineering traditions that make the San Juan Mountains one of the most remarkable ranges in the Rockies.

5% of every sale from our Fourteeners Collection is donated to organizations that support the preservation and protection of America's public lands.
